This fully automatic closed flash point tester is manufactured in accordance with the new standard method 1 of GB/T261-2021 “Determination of Flash Point by Binsky Martin Closed Cup Method” and the requirements of ASTMD93. It is used in departments such as petroleum, chemical, power, environmental protection, railway, and scientific research, and is an ideal instrument for conducting closed flash point testing.

1. Adopting a new high-speed signal processor control, adaptive PID control algorithm, automatically adjusting the heating curve according to standard requirements;
2. Equipped with an automatic atmospheric pressure detection chip, atmospheric pressure is automatically measured, calibrated, and the flash point value is automatically corrected;
4. Safe without gas source, platinum alloy electric heating wire ignition method, safe, stable, reliable, high testing accuracy;

Step A: The sample is heated at a rate of 5 ℃/min to -6 ℃/min, with a stirring speed of 90r/min to 120 r/min
Step B: Heat the sample at a rate of 1 ℃/min to 1.5 ℃/min, stirring at a speed of 250r/min ± 10 r/min
Step C: The sample is heated at a rate of 2.5 ℃/min to 3.5 ℃/min, with a stirring speed of 90r/min to 120 r/min
