This fully automatic open flash point and ignition point tester is manufactured according to the standard methods of GB267 “Determination of Flash Point and Ignition Point of Petroleum Products (Open Cup Method)” and GB3536 “Determination of Flash Point and Ignition Point of Petroleum Products (Cleveland Open Cup Method)”. It is an ideal instrument for open flash point testing in petroleum, chemical, power, environmental protection, railway, scientific research and other departments.

1. Adopting high-speed signal processor control and adaptive PID control algorithm, automatically adjusting the heating curve according to standard requirements;
2. Equipped with an automatic atmospheric pressure detection chip, atmospheric pressure is automatically measured, calibrated, and the flash point value is automatically corrected;
3. Data storage function, capable of storing 1000 results and allowing for easy access to historical records at any time;
4. Differential detection, automatic correction of system deviation, automatic stop detection and alarm for temperature exceeding the limit;
5. Automatic measurement of ignition, detection, alarm, cooling, and printing instruments is completed;
6. Safe without gas source, platinum alloy electric heating wire ignition method, safe, stable, reliable, high testing accuracy;
7. The interface can be operated in both Chinese and English, and the instrument program can be upgraded during the revision of national standards;
8. Optional USB interface can export data to a computer (optional), RS485 port can communicate with the user

10. The furnace body temperature is automatically displayed, and the furnace body temperature can be checked at any time for easy sampling next time.
11. After the completion of the exhaust interface test, the power supply of the fume hood will be automatically turned on, and the exhaust function will be activated
